Fit Kids Club
Fit Kids Club is a safe and supervised environment where children ages 1 to 12 years can have fun while engaging in a variety of age-appropriate fitness activities.
During the school year, Fit Kids Club associates can also assist children with their homework.
All of our Fit Kids Club associates have passed a criminal background check, are certified in CPR and First Aid, and have experience in working with children.
Fit Kids Club opens 15 minutes prior and closes 15 minutes after all Adult Classes except AOA.

FKC Friendly Reminders
- FKC is for children ages 1-12 years. Please note, FKC Associates do not change diapers.
- Doors open 15 minutes before and close 15 minutes after exercise classes. Please be on time to pick up your child(ren).
- Children who have been ill within the past 24 hours are not permitted in the FKC room.
- FKC keeps your kids active. Thus, we take children outside to play. Please dress your child(ren) according to the weather. Water breaks are provided.
- FKC Associates are more than happy to help your child(ren) with his/her homework.
